It’s called CareerFest and it’s one of our signature development opportunities here at T-Mobile intended to address employee feedback around wanting MORE to grow their career.??It’s a virtual internal career fair and it’s loaded with T-Mobile resources, tools and leader’s career advice so employees can ROCK their career!

And the CareerFest platform lives on as a career and development on-demand resource for all employees available 24/7!

I have to give a huge shout out the CareerFest team that went above and beyond this year.?After more than 9 months of planning and so much collaborating with over 150 teammates across T-Mobile, CareerFest came together and delivered 11 executive leader Headline Act videos, 2 brand new career workshops offered 6 times (they all sold out!), 11 booths in the Career Fest arena, 11 live online chats facilitated by department representatives and our Career Garden which showcases the Magenta University career resources and offerings.???

During CareerFest we also launched a new networking program, called Masterminds and our 3rd Annual Career Ride Along Experience Contest.??So much goodness!
