In this issue, we'll share some exciting updates about our ongoing developments. We'll start with AeroGuest Communication and its upcoming release. Next up is our new ''enrich booking data'' tool that is in the final stages of development. Last but not least, our most recent release – the option to require a deposit from guests when they check-in.

AeroGuest Communication:? Beta end of November

The team is making the final touches to our upcoming revamp of hotel-to-guest interaction, i.e. AeroGuest Communication. Soon, AeroGuest partner hotels will be able to configure advanced automation, based on events and data from their Property Management System (PMS), as well as segment all communication towards what is relevant and valuable for guests.

?Below is a small sneak-peak of our new Email Builder, which will make designing emails according to the hotel's brand identity a breeze – add images, buttons with clear call-to-action, format text, and personalized tags that take information directly from the guest's profile.

It will also be possible to?utilize channels other than email. For the first release, AeroGuest Communication will also support the configuration of SMS and App messages, which can include the same high level of personalization as emails.?The Beta version of AeroGuest Communication will start rolling out end of November at a few selected partner hotels.?

Enrich group bookings with contact data

This week we're releasing our new tool for a few selected hotels to test and gather feedback on its performance and experience. This will allow hotels to enrich the contact data from group bookings, as it is no secret that now when a group is confirmed, hotels only receive information on the owner of the group.?

With contact information on each guest, hotels will be able to invite all guests to check in before they arrive. Thereby eliminating the long queue that often comes with a group arriving at the same time. It also opens up new opportunities to invite each guest to a hotel's own loyalty program.

Deposits

AeroGuest now supports the option to require a deposit when guests check-in. The amount can be customized to the hotel's policy and even dynamically set according to how many days the guest is staying at the hotel.

After check-out, the deposit will be automatically refunded, unless an action has been taken to keep the deposit to cover the cost for any incidentals during the stay.
