We know how busy it gets in the hospitality world, and we’re always looking for ways to make your life easier. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the latest update to Pay by Link! With these new improvements, handling payments will get faster, smarter, and simpler for you and your team.

Take Control with Our Pay by Link Update

Designed with your needs in mind, these enhancements are here to save you time, improve your workflow, and offer even more convenience for your guests.

Imagine being able to send a payment link to an entire group reservation with just a click. Or having a clean, organized overview of all the payment links you’ve sent out—all in one place. That’s what this update delivers. Whether it’s keeping track of guest payments or managing overdue links, everything you need is right at your fingertips in AeroGuest Flow.

A better way to manage payment links: We’re introducing a dedicated page in AeroGuest Flow that gives you an intuitive overview of all the links you’ve sent out. Keep track of every transaction in one place, so you can focus on your guests instead of juggling spreadsheets or digging through payment records. More personalization, more automation: Every hotel is unique, so your payment links should reflect that. You’ll be able to customize email templates with your branding, set up helpful front desk notifications (e.g., when a link expires), and even use pre-set templates for “reason to pay” that your team can pick from.

On top of that, Pay by Link will be fully integrated into AeroGuest Communication. You can personalize messages to your guests while automating the entire process. Set triggers that listen to specific booking details from your property management system. For example, a specific rate code will trigger a link to the guest for them to settle their bill.

Flexibility your team will love: Need to share a payment link to collect credit card details for extras during a guest’s stay? Or maybe to secure a last-minute booking? Pay by Link handles it all with ease. As always, every payment syncs automatically with your PMS, reducing errors and ensuring smooth operations.

What’s more, the update will let you share a single link for an entire group. For example, when a company books multiple rooms for their team, they’d like to pay for everything in one transaction. With just a few clicks, you can generate and send a payment link that consolidates all the reservations. Once the payment is processed, AeroGuest takes care of the rest—syncing the amounts to each individual reservation effortlessly.

The new Pay by Link update is entering its final stages! We’ll be testing it throughout December with a select group of hotels to ensure everything works seamlessly. The full release is just around the corner and expected by the end of January 2025.

Hotel Directory: Ready to Elevate Your Guest Experience

We’re thrilled to share that the Hotel Directory is now feature-complete! Our dedicated client team is busy migrating each hotel’s content to the new platform. Alongside this, we’ll collaborate closely with you to refresh your guest-facing content, ensuring you’re making the most of the platform’s powerful new capabilities.

The Hotel Directory builder will be available in AeroGuest Flow in early 2025, giving you the tools to effortlessly update and personalise your directory.

Small yet significant updates

We’re closing out the year with a series of smaller updates that many of you have requested—and we’re thrilled to deliver. These will roll out during December:

Enhanced registration card: You’ll now have the ability to require additional passport details, such as where and when it was issued. Plus, when there are multiple guests on a single reservation, AeroGuest can dynamically prompt for information for each guest based on the reservation details.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Security is a top priority. Starting this December, we’re introducing 2FA to AeroGuest Flow. This added layer of protection ensures that only authorized users can access your property’s platform. Each time you log in, you’ll receive an authentication code sent to your email for verification.

Smarter key sharing: We’ve made sharing digital keys more flexible. Previously, the number of shares a guest could make was fixed, regardless of the number of guests on the reservation. Now, the system adapts dynamically, allowing key shares based on the number of registered guests. This update is already live and can be activated in AeroGuest Flow today.
