Strong Faith = Mental Strength
Strong faith in God often provides a sense of purpose, resilience, and hope, which can translate to mental strength. Believers may find solace and motivation in their faith during difficult times, drawing on spiritual practices like prayer and meditation to manage stress and anxiety. This unwavering trust in a higher power can foster a positive outlook, enhance coping mechanisms, and create a supportive community, all of which contribute to greater mental fortitude.
Acknowledging your Purpose
When God gives a Vision, He gives Provision. Be Still
In the story, the woman receives a divine vision from God to save her people, but she doesn't know how to accomplish this task. Her deep love for God leads her to set aside her own feelings and surrender to His will.
“Give me a plan.”
“Show me what to do.”
“You are the supplier of my needs, I will obey your will.”
Like the woman in the story, I have experienced God giving me a vision for my higher purpose. I often ask Him, knowing that I am not here merely to live and die, but to leave a legacy in between. The challenge feels overwhelming, and I constantly ask God, "Why me? Can I really do this? I'm just 'me'." These questions brought me to a passage in the Bible, which I wrote in my journal to remind myself each day.
"26 For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble,?are called.?27?But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; 28 and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, 29 that no flesh should glory in His presence."?1 Corinthians 1:26–29
My child, this isn’t your plan, it’s My Plan. — God
Be still and know I am your God.
In order for us to?fulfill God’s vision?for us we need to undergo Transformation.
The Process of Transformation
This caused me to reflect on my own journey of transformation. Every victory granted by the Lord serves as a reminder that He is preparing and fortifying us for even greater challenges. Transformation is an ongoing process, encompassing both peaceful, uneventful times and periods filled with storms and trials.
Even when we understand that?“all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28)?we still need to make adjustments. To help us get through these tough times the Lord created a special medicine called?“time and understanding”?to heal the hurts of past memories.
The more time there is between you and the events of your past, the more you can look back and see why the Lord allowed certain events to take place.
17?No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue?which?rises against you in judgment. You shall condemn. This?is?the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness?is?from Me,” Says the Lord. (Isaiah 54:17)
Let me remind you that?God loves you and has a perfect plan for your life. Many times the choices you make are choices that in the long run, will not benefit you an actually work against God’s plan.
So the Lord makes this wonderful yet sometimes hard-to-deal-with promise that if any type of weapon is formed against you, He will not allow it to prosper.
God’s love can gradually and quietly transform us into the people He desires us to become. Spending time and listening to him each day reminds me of his promise that when the Lord breathes his love into our spirit, our fears, doubts, passivity, anxieties will be replaced with confidence, energy and boldness.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
God never gives up on His mission to transform our life.
God is with us, God is for us, He wil never fail us, He will never leave us.

A perfect example of this is the transformation of Saul to Paul. I am still not done with my transformation but I can firmly stand and say that whatever challenge Life throws at me, I will stand still because I believe in my God.
Transformation means that what something was has no bearing on what it will become. Perhaps you can now understand the full impact of the following scripture:
“Therefore, if anyone?is?in Christ,?he is?a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”?2 Corinthians 5:17
When you walk in transformation, you are in a spotlight. The people around watch to see if the new you is an act that will eventually fade away or if you’ve undergone a real and permanent change.
As the Lord continues to mature you and bless you, His presence in your life will be undeniable.
Eventually people will either come to respect your beliefs or openly ridicule you for your stance. Whenever I experience people ridiculing me, I just pray for them and move on. I just know that I have a very strong helper beside me. The Holy Spirit.

“…For the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
Nehemiah 8:10
Let us remember that once we commit ourselves to God, he illuminates us with a supernatural light. The light exposes every dark area in our lives. It also allows you to see into dark places where Satan plots to destroy you.
With the light of God is all around you, evil has no place to hide.
If God is doing a special work in your life and you feel that people cannot relate, pray for patience. Sometimes we tend to doubt but my dear friend. Do not. Because God will make ways for you to understand and affirm his vision.
“… My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.” Jeremiah 3:15
Always Remember this,
…The righteous are bold as a Lion.?Proverbs 28:1
Whatever you do, don’t withdraw.
I remember how the author compared transformation to moving in to your brand new house, You bought all new things and stuffs but you’ll still bring old stuffs from your old house because you’re comfortable with it. In the same way, when you are going through the process of transformation, you still have a tendency to hold on to baggage from your past. It can be the baggage from your past. It ca be the baggage of past relationships, worldly friends, and activities, unforgiveness, or immoral behavior. No matter how hard you try, you can’t make your old baggage fir into your new life in Christ.
When God removes the baggage that keeps you from maturing, you may cry like a baby whose bottle has been taken away. Despite your anger and frustration, God knows that it’s time for you to grow up.
He would rather allow you to fall and learn from your failure than to protect you from your weaknesses, knowing you might be destroyed by them further down the road.
Continue to obey and pray; the Lord will lead you into His perfect will. :)
The Lord will always confirm His vision.
A vision from God can bring joy, laughter, even disbelief — — but it can also bring fear and resistance. However, when the vision of the Lord reaches the fullness of time,?rest assured that God is faithful and will bring it to pass.
“For My thoughts?are?not your thoughts, Nor?are?your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For?as?the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8–9
All the time Jesus was on earth, Satan plotted to destroy the vision that God the Father had for His Son. Even while Jesus was still a baby, God sent visions and dreams to protect His life.
Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, “Arise, take the young Child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I bring you word; for Herod will seek the young Child to destroy Him.” Matthew 2:13
Step 4: The Immeasurable impact of a fulfilled Vision
Aren’t you excited to experience God’s vision in your Life?
That is why you can’t allow yourself to be discouraged when the people around you have difficulty in understanding what God is showing you. Remember that for every one of Satan’s plans, God has a counterplan.
Maybe at this moment you think that something you are hoping for will never happen. There’s one word I want you to remember:
“SUDDENLY”
because so often when God brings a vision to pass He does it “Suddenly”. When we are tired of waiting or on the brink of collapse, the Lord will send confirmations to keep us holding on to the vision. Then, when we least expect it, the vision will suddenly be fulfilled.
Expect God to bring the vision to pass. Embrace the visionary role and… Be Still. :)
11?For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.?Jeremiah 29:11
