Talent
??Fixed Location
A physical office means you can hire the best person you can afford in a 30-mile radius, disqualifying you from 99.9% of the world’s talent. Remote teams will hire the best person they can afford on the planet for every position, becoming exponentially more talented than office-based teams.
Efficiency
??Real Estate Cost
Office-first companies spend $22,00 per year, per workspace in an office. The best remote setup on the planet costs $2,000 per year, coffee included. Remote is $20,000 less a year, per team member, or a $16.4m saving per 1,000 workers.
There is no easy way to get a remote team set up at home

4 年As an astute write may I request you to please write an article or re-write as eye opener, if have post a link- It is seen that some companies even not got actually affected, practically had to pay price for Covid. They started implementing steps like reducing salaries or even working hours without accessing a need. They did because its call of a time or all are doing. In fact WFH has raised the actual working hours for many, but still they got impacted due to decisions taken by employers. WFH has raised the issues like managing time with home with user bills for home Internet, AC, resources, coffee, tea and many more!
