Develop Brand DNA in Genes Series: Fall in Love

Develop Brand DNA in Genes Series: Fall in Love

Glad to see you here again. I hope these blog articles are helping you in some way. Keeping the goodwill in mind, I am here with another blockbuster. Yeah, yeah, you might be thinking, "Whaattt?"

But let me correct you here; it is not only what we are going to answer. We are going to look into how to part. Are you taking notes or reading it for fun? I suppose it might be more on the fun side. Then let's increase your fun.?

Here comes the story of Harvey Specter. Don't start judging by name; I know you would have judged him as a lawyer. Yeah, he is a lawyer. So Harvey is known to be the best closer of all time in his industry as a corporate lawyer. He is so capable of closing the cases that even District attorneys are afraid of getting heads on with him.

Harvey takes on the case where his client was accused of insider trading. At first, Harvey looks like an open and shut case against his client. But then he found that it was not that easy to close that.

Harvey was representing Burt and Dean. They think the person responsible is their employee, Gabby Stone. At the Department of Justice's office, Harvey is negotiating a deal with Becky, a lawyer he has known since his job at the DA's office. Gabby is accused of insider trading, so they decide on a deal that will finally clear Harvey's clients, which Gabby must agree to.

Gabby Stone works as a trader for the company of Harvey's clients, and one day, she apparently purchased $10 million worth of stocks in Lunardi Pharmaceuticals just a day before their FDA approval, therefore tripling the money she receives.

Harvey realizes that he needs to take a different approach to the case and decides to try to understand the situation from the defendant's point of view. He takes a step back from his usual aggressive and confident style and instead focuses on understanding the motivations and circumstances of the defendant.

Although Harvey's clients claim that they had no involvement with her trade, Gabby and her lawyer insist that she purchased those stocks for Harvey's clients based on a tip sheet they gave her.?

With a change in approach, Harvey discovers a critical piece of evidence that had been overlooked. He uses this evidence to turn the case around in his client's favour and ultimately wins the case

Harvey then informs her that he was able to negotiate a favourable deal with the DOJ for her, reducing her prison sentence from seven years to eleven months, and that she will be brought there personally without the need for a perp walk. Knowing she has no chance if it goes on, she gives up and says she will sign the deal.

As a result of this. This highlights Harvey's adaptability and ability to think outside the box, as well as his commitment to finding the truth and getting justice for his clients.

Well, this was not just another story. This story is something every company that is trying to build a brand should take note of.? Because at the same time, we see that what we are providing to customers is what they want. And leave behind the most important piece on the table. In this article, the important piece is the “sense of belonging."

When I say I have an iPhone, it implies that I belong to a sophisticated group. Or if I say that I drink Coca-Cola, that means I am young and full of energy. Does your brand sound like a place where you want them to belong? Or you are just letting them go with your product and not making them recurring. (More on publicity later, now let's clear the basics first)

You should fall in love with your customers. Because only then can you discover what they need and where you can position your product. Falling in love with your customers and building a brand that they love and want to be a part of is an important aspect of creating a successful and sustainable business.

In the case of building a voice, you should always look into the story your customers are listening to. Yeah, you tell a lot of stories, but what they are listening to might be completely different.? Develop a clear and compelling brand identity that aligns with your customer's values and resonates with them. Create a strong brand voice and visual identity, and be consistent in your messaging and marketing efforts.

I will give a few points that kind of make your steps to work easier. But the hard work is to follow the steps and get some answers. Believe me, you don't want to be left out of the race with your competition. You want to make sure you are visible and people feel your presence.

  • Conduct Market Research: Gather data and insights into your target market through various methods such as surveys, focus groups, and online analytics. This can help you understand your customers' demographics, purchasing behaviours, and motivations.

  • Analyze Customer Feedback: Regularly collect feedback from your customers through surveys, reviews, and other channels. Analyze this feedback to identify trends and patterns in your customers' experiences and preferences.

  • Study Customer Behavior: Observe and analyze your customers' behaviors and interactions with your brand. This could involve tracking their interactions on your website, social media, and other channels, or conducting user testing to understand how they use your products or services.

  • Get to Know Your Customers Personally: If possible, try to connect with your customers on a personal level. Schedule one-on-one meetings with them, attend industry events where they will be present, or simply strike up a conversation to learn more about their interests and needs.
