Last few years of my journey has been very exciting...?

I have been able to grow in many areas of life....Financially, Emotionally, Impact Wise, Visibility wise, Health wise, Socially, Spiritually and more!

Went from making Rs. 36 lakhs in a job in 2017-2018 to making over Rs. 27 Cores last year in business and now projecting Rs. 50+ Crores in 2022-2023!

I have gotten so much of love from so many people...but at the same time...

I have also won some above tag lines from handful of people....

They have fallen in love with me so much that they have created videos on me! :)

I have been quiet and did not respond because I believe good deeds and good actions will be rewarded by the almighty.?

There is no need to respond to few who voice out their own beliefs and opinions!

But then, I realised that they are brainwashing and misdirecting some people with their assumptions, and half truth….

Why half truth??

Because, if someone is really committed to help others, they will evaluate someone's work via a neutral point of view...

They would have done thorough research while doing critical analysis and presented both the sides of the coin....Positives and Negatives!

But, when you watch those guys videos, they mostly present the negative sides!

In short, one side of the coin!

Smart people would usually avoid coming to conclusion from one sided view but few may get influenced by them!

So today, I felt like sharing the other side of the coin with the people who want to do something in their life but when they listen to others, they freeze from believing in coaches and mentors!

Before you take anyone's opinion, please do this....Check their background!

Are they experts in the areas they are critiquing others on?

Have they gotten the financial freedom that you are looking for?

Have they written any books??

If not then….What gives them right to critic someone's book when they have not written even one book?

Have they impacted lives of people??

Having few followers doesn't mean much, who's life have they transformed?

What have they personally achieved in their lives? Have they helped someone to achieve wealth or financial freedom?

If the above answers are no or not sure, what does this tell you?

Please be careful of who you listen to!

In my analysis, most of them are either broke or doing a job or doing a small business!?

"But Dev, they say that everything can be learnt from YouTube and Books, why are your mentees learning from you then?"

You are right, you can learn a lot from books and videos and you will meet your goals eventually....

But...

Do you want to reach there after few decades or in may be few months of 1 to 2 years?

Also, how many people do you know have become successful by just watching youtube videos?

Books and videos are great but here is the real problem....

Right now there is an excessive information and it is hard to find which book to read and when to read it!

Also, It is not just about reading books and watching videos, you can only get results when you implement things!

When I started my journey, I struggled to implement so many things. I got stuck and felt the pain?

Hence, I decided that I will not let anyone get stuck.?

That is the reason I do not believe in motivating others, or just giving information...

I mentor people to implement lessons fast so that they do not waste precious time and achieve results!

"But, Dev, if it was so simple then why is everyone not becoming rich?"

Because, they are trying to reinvent the wheel by lots of trying and testing, instead of following the proven processes laid by the successful people!

I did not do it.?

I just followed my mentors and their processes...hence i got fast results...

"Ah, your mentor, Dan Lok, He himself is a scam. He is fooling people, isn't it?"

Again, go back to reference check of the people who put this into your head...

What have they achieved?

Do not get fooled by few haters who show you the half truth. Many just use popular names to get views on their videos and monetise it on YouTube!

Yes, of course, not every student of Dan Lok became super successful but do you know the reason why many don't succeed?

1. They do not take action.?
2. They join the program with a get rich quick mindset
3. They quit when things become hard and look for someone to blame for their own lack of action

People do not want to take ownership of their own decisions...

I remember investing $5000 in one affiliate marketing program when I just started my learning journey...in 2017

I quit the program in 3 months because it did not workout for me...

But, I did not blame the coach because I got into it for wrong reason....

I joined it for just making money....

I realised my mistake and completely changed the way I looked at Self Development...

Now, making money is important but if your focus is just to make money then you will fail..

"But then, what to do Dev?"

Focus on truly adding value to people and money will follow you!

That is what I did...

When I started my journey as a mentor.... I never thought I could make millions of dollars....

I just wanted to help people come out of mediocrity, because I lost 13 years to it...not realising my own potential.

It wasn't a cake walk for me...

I failed at so many things. I share my failures with my Mentee as well!

"But Dev, why do you show off your Ferrari too much?"

"Why do you brag about how much money you make?"

"Why do you show Dubai and other lifestyle? Are you fooling people?"

Look, there are two ways of interpreting this!

Some people look at the videos and posts and think that Dev is showing off..... and then there are others who take it as an inspiration and tell me that...

Dev, you are my inspiration. You have shown that even a middleclass person, a job goer can dream big and achieve these things...?

Also, no one wants to learn from a broke person...

Like a fitness expert will show his fitness videos!

A person who is good with time management will make videos on time management!

A Baker will show how good of baking he or she can do!

Same way....

I am teaching people about how to run and grow the business....but how will others believe that I am the right mentor if I do not grow my own business?

"But, why do you market so much and run so many ads?"

Everyone has their own way to reaching more people...

Even you look at big brands, they also do their ads....

I do it in my way....some like the ads and admire the way I attract the audience and educate them in my video...

Some do not like it....

But, what is wrong in marketing something that you truly believe will change people's lives?

If I do not market then how will I transform people and their businesses, so that they can impact others in return?

"But, But, But...Dev.....You try to lure people into your Rs. 99 webinar and then eventually sell Lakhs of Rupees of program"

Here is the thing...

Everyone has a business model which helps people to buy from them....

Every business wants buyer to upgrade to their next level of products...

For example... When you go to a restaurant...

• Step 1 - Starter or Soup or Drinks
• Step 2 - Upsell Main Course
• Step 3 - Upsell more items or Drinks
• Step 4 - Upsell Desserts

Why are people not calling all the restaurants, scams? or Cheap?

Apple is also upgrading their clients...isn't it?

Cars and Television companies are doing it....

So many coaches and trainers are also doing it...

so, same with Dev Gadhvi...

It is just that the speed of our upgrade is fast so people may have problem....

But here is the fact.... I do not chase people or be pushy!

In fact, I disapprove so many people who are not ready for my mentorship program!

Yes, we sell & we market!?

Every company does that and this is exactly you should do as well.?

You market and sell yourself for a Job!?

You market and sell yourself for salary hikes!

You sell and market to grow your brand!

You sell and market to grow your business!?

We all do it!

Our ways could be different!?

"But, they say your books are copy paste of some other books!"

Well, we all learn from someone or the other!

I shared my learning and experiences in the books my way, which is simple and easy!

If there was no value in the books then why would thousands of people give genuine reviews?

Here is the thing...how many Indian Authors you see have thousands of reviews for their books on Amazon and yet have 4.5, on top of that, for self help books?

Haters will say that all the reviews are fake!?

Well, it’s your choice… which side of the coin you want to see!?

No matter what you do, there will always be people who say things like these!?

No one can deny the results we are producing….

But here is one interesting thing...

No one in college is teaching things like...

• How to find passion,
• How to take risk by taking leap of faith,
• Hardly any college or institute teaches real life Content Marketing, Branding, Marketing, etc.,
• Hight ticket sales,
• How to build business around passion,
• How to become Hight Ticket Entrepreneur.

Yet, people pay lakhs for formal education and in return what have they got?

A Degree and a Job, in other words, just a survival. Now, I am fine with people who are happy with it. I am not there to change their views because ultimately happiness matters.

I only help people who are stuck in the jobs they don't like!

Moreover, most of the people have been fooled by education system but people will not talk about that as a scam!?

90% of current education in colleges is irrelevant. Marks are irrelevant in this real world. Only real skills matter!

On the other hand, if coaches are teaching the real life skills and helping people to become a better version in terms of money, career, health, and other areas....they will be tagged scams!

It is a trend...that...

Anything people do not understand, they will term it as a scam at the beginning!

For example, they said that internet is a scam!

Then, they said, social media is a fad/scam!

They said, Crypto is a scam!

Then, E-commerce is a fad!

NFT is a scam!

Now, Metaverse is a scam!

Anything they do not understand, they will term it something and vast majority will be misguided only to find out later that they are too late to adapt the change!

Yes, my style may be different!

Yes, I market myself!

Yes, I sell hight ticket programs!

But,

Did you see how many people recovered their money within the short period of time?

But more importantly, do you see how the Passionpreneur community is solving real problems for our society and people?

These were the people who did not know their mission or passion before joining Passionpreneur Mastermind but now, all of them not only have the clarity but they are making a big impact on humanity!

Sadhguru is saving soil!

Dev Gadhvi is saving the lost human potential!

and, I will not stop at anything until I transform 1 Billion lives!

Right now, only few Indians and U.S people are mocking or attacking us...

Wait till we have more haters from Dubai, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe in coming years.... as we are expanding in the international markets soon!

Here is the sneak peak in the future....

Until now, we mostly had Foreigners (Whites) as the famous self help coaches and mentors so far!

Few Indian Origin leaders like Vishen Lakhiani, Jay Shetty or Deepak Chopra as well.....but now it is time to put one of us.....an India Born and Raised Person to be the global face of self development industry!

After all, we are the founders of the Gurukul systems and all the Vedas, Ayurveda, Yoga and many ancient techniques/skills were born in our motherland....India

Now, it is time to bring that to the world!
