Determination - Huang Xiong Wen
How does water find it's way down? Well, gravity may be the direct answer but there is a certain deeper reflection I feel. Here, you can see that Artist Huang Xiong Wen has expertly depicted the water's form as it makes it's determined descent - probably towards a lake or river. It reminds us that in life, we should always strive towards our goals regardless of the obstacles along the way...here it literally is through so many sharp rocks, twists and turns!
#Artist Huang Xiong Wen graduated from the #art department of Guang Xi Normal University in 1992, majoring in oil #painting. He specialized in painting human figures, animals and landscapes. His works of art have been selected to participate in some major art #exhibitions both in #China and abroad.
Huang held personal art exhibitions in #Singapore in year 2000, 2002, 2009 2012 and 2014. In 2014, he also took part in the Art Expo Malaysia, held at Kuala Lumpur. Some of his masterpieces were acquired by art bodies, public and private institutions as well as individual collectors in various countries. He was also invited to design and produce some large-scale #murals for certain deluxe hotels in China.
