EXERCISE!  Mention that suggestion during a conversation with some folks and you might just witness a full-blown panicked run, to the nearest sofa or a favorite recliner!  But catch up to them! Ask them how they feel after their sudden flight to avoid your conversation about “EXERCISE”!  


They might just declare…


“Well…after experiencing my sudden leap of energy into my recliner, I am breathing hard!  My cardio-circulation just improved!  My muscles are empowered!  I just improved my cognitive functions, because my mind now feels more alert!  I just lowered my anxiety!  I relieved the arthritis in my bones!  Furthermore, I actually flew into this recliner with revived strength and flexibility!  My muscles and tendons are stretched now, and they’re not feeling so tense and so tight!  I am now more limber!  And look at my posture… my neck, my back, my shoulders, hips, knees and feet, are all in alignment!  So… I just reduced the likelihood of losing my balance and becoming injured!!!  I think I’m going to sleep really good tonight!  I’ve got so much energy now, that I think I’m going to start running every single time that I make a break for my recliner!!!”

Live 2 B Healthy Strength class is 45-minutes. The class meets every Tuesday and Thursday here at The Willows. After checking with your doctor, we warmly invite you to come join us for the companionship, the friendliness and the physical fitness! We perform our full-body exercises from a sitting position in a chair or standing up!  I conduct the class and my name is Dave. I am a 67-year-old personal trainer, certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am fascinated with getting to know and ultimately train seniors, for the improvement of strength, flexibility, balance and longevity!  COME JOIN OUR CLASS!
