I took a duolingo english test three days ago and they somehow decided that my passport was tampered and I am not even eligible for refund. My passport is asame with the one that I took the DET test with but they do not accept my ID verification. This is violation of customer's rights. Your company must be accountable for any objections but it is not. Duolingo English Test is a valid example of a scam. Please do not attend Duolingo english test at any cost because there is no valid authority to verify your identity and follow your case. They can easily reject your results without any valid explanation. #Duolingo #Duolingo_English_Test

My email is [email protected], My Duolingo English Test date is 2024-12-10. I don't know why my Duolingo English account is blocked. Anyone else have similar experience? Could you help me? I am very anxious. Thanks!
