In the annals of my career, 2007 marks a significant chapter, as it was the year I ventured into the realm of professional software development. Fresh out of completing my M.C.A., I stepped into GM Software, a place teeming with opportunities and challenges alike. Little did I know then, this humble beginning would set the stage for an epic journey of growth and self-discovery.

Joining as an intern, I was greeted by a daunting landscape of unfamiliar concepts and technologies. Yet, armed with determination and guided by the mentorship of my colleague, Mr.Gavaskar, I embraced the learning curve that lay ahead. The first day unfolded with rudimentary training, and by the second, I found myself grappling with the simple task of locating Visual Studio amidst the labyrinth of the start menu. It was a moment of realization - the journey ahead demanded not just diligence but a steadfast commitment to mastering my craft.

Fueled by the desire to prove my worth, I embarked on a relentless pursuit of excellence. Collaborating closely with Gavaskar, we delved into the intricacies of software development, often clocking in twelve-hour workdays. Within a span of months, I found myself thrust into the midst of a monumental project - the College Management System. The College Management System project is an extensive endeavor encompassing various crucial modules. From the essential Office Module to the intricate intricacies of the Attendance Module, Salary Module, and Library Module, each component plays a vital role in the system's functionality. Additionally, features like the salary quittance Module, Staff and Student Attendance Module, Notes of Lesson Module, and Special Timetable Setting Module further enhance its utility.

My involvement in both frontend and backend development across all these modules, alongside database management, allowed me to cultivate expertise in full-stack web development. Leveraging technologies like ASP.Net, C#.Net, Ajax, and SQL Server database, SQL Queries and Stored Procedures, I navigated the complexities of the project, honing my skills to become proficient in delivering comprehensive solutions.

Navigating through the complexities of ASP.Net, C#.Net, Ajax, and SQL Server, I honed my skills across frontend, backend, and database development. As the project progressed, I assumed the mantle of a project manager, entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing its entirety. It was during this phase that I encountered a pivotal mentor - Mr. Bravely. His guidance, coupled with exposure to cutting-edge technologies and coding standards, served as a catalyst for my professional evolution.

In this moment, my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Bennet, CEO of GM Software, for the invaluable opportunity to learn software development and project management. His belief in me is a beacon of inspiration, guiding my path to growth and success.

Despite the strides made in web development and backend architecture, the winds of change beckoned, prompting a recalibration of my trajectory. Almost two years into my tenure, I found myself at a crossroads, poised to embark on a new chapter brimming with fresh challenges and opportunities.
