DESTINATION RESET: A NEW JOURNEY THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE NORMAL

DESTINATION RESET: A NEW JOURNEY THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE NORMAL

Last night, I gave thanks... for the blessings, gratitude, kindness that have bestowed upon me .A spiritual friend reminded me that we must be grateful for what we have... look around what is happening to others... and around the world.. floods, mudslides, hunger, forest fire, war and civil fightings... of course, pandemic infection.

The question of happiness. What is happiness to me? what is happiness to you? Happiness is a feeling. To be happy is to feel within ourselves. Happiness is a state of exuberance of our emotional expression. How do I really feel? What do I feel? What is the pathway to happiness? It is not just about me. For me, happiness is helping others. The past weeks, I have spent more time with myself. The important thing is what other people say it doesn't matter at all. We must not be ashamed of what we have done (as long as we do not hurt others- but I have hurt the one I love)-I kept asking for forgiveness. We must NOT give this up (to self-reflect and learn from our mistake), and if we lacked self awareness, we will be the most unhappy person. We live for ourselves and not the shadow of others. Never regret. Never forget.

It is time to reset our life's destination. Reconnect with our inner self. Realign our physical, spiritual and emotional line- in one direction. Be good to ourselves... keep well. For wellness is 2 keys- happy and healthy. feel ourselves- feel our mind, body, energy and emotions. Be true to them. Listen to them.. and accept them, not reject them.

I am nursing my wounded heart (self-reflection of what happened) , fixing back my broken health. 'A catharsis and renewal'. This is not going to be a normal journey that we are going to embark. And when we have walked out of this, we will emerge stronger and a better human being.

Let us reset our destination together. Begin with a simple heart of gratitude. Be kind. Life is hard and do not make it any harder. Be brave to ask for a second chance. Give us the chance to help others, and not afraid to continue to give our love. To love is the greatest happiness.

But please live for yourself and not for others. Live happy and ask for a second chance.
