DESPACE launches its first office project with Wujin Century Building Shanghai
DESPACE, a pioneering force in space innovation, is thrilled to reveal its very first office project in China. Located at 291 Fumin Road in the lobby of the vibrant Wujin Century Building, DESPACE will present its micro-spaces to remote workers and those in need of focus. Through this partnership, DESPACE enters a new environment and therefore it marks an exciting milestone for the DESPACE Community.
Wujin Century Building
Wujin Century Building is located in the core area of the “Jufuchang” commercial district in Jing’an District. It is the preferred office location for foreign-funded enterprises. Well-known brands such as Yili, Oreo, and Ramen Talk have settled in. The building’s occupancy rate has remained above 90% for many years, attracting and radiating many business elites and new-generation consumers engaged in modern service industries such as finance and information technology. Recently, Wujin Century Building introduced the lifestyle brand Drunk Baker to enhance the service quality and diversified business formats of the office space. DESPACE will take this opportunity to work with Wujin Century Building to create a functional third space that serves the new generation.
Collaboration
DESPACE transforms Wujin Century Building its office lobby in line with the new needs of tenants and visitors alike, now providing an ideal setting for instant work sessions or business discussions. With the introduction of DESPACE Call and DESPACE Chat, which are the single-person and 2-4-person models, the lobby seamlessly accommodates various professional interactions. By repurposing underutilized areas, DESPACE is on a mission to optimise the use of public spaces within existing structures.
