Introducing WhatsApp Auto Replies

Create Triggers to automatically send a personalized WhatsApp message to users when a new ticket is created from an incoming WhatsApp message to offer a better customer experience.

Simplified Email Management

Control how incoming emails get processed with auto-threading.

If the same user sends multiple emails in a short space of time, you control how these are managed to reduce duplicate tickets and manual merging.

Manage Orgs in Recurring Tickets

When creating recurring tickets, you'll have control over how organization fields are populated when a department with these fields is selected in the form.
