Yes… Deskercises actually a word… and it refers to exercises that you can do at your desk or close to it.
Online marketers spend hours in front of the computer and generally lead very sedentary lifestyles.
The occasional burst of activity will get their heart pumping and their blood flowing. In my last email, I spoke about how even 15 minutes of exercise would be enough to get you lean.
Your goal is to do a set of 5 bodyweight exercises as fast as you can. You’ll do them each for 45 seconds followed by a 15 minute rest.
Quick workout (2 sets, no break between sets)
1. Push-ups (45 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest)
2. Squats (45 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest)
3. Mountain Climbers (45 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest)
4. Tuck Jumps (45 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest)
5. Lunges (45 seconds followed by 15 seconds rest)
Now, by the time you finish doing these 5 exercises twice, you are going to be exhausted. The goal here is to do them at maximum intensity.
This is a full body workout and will hit several different muscle groups. Since there is minimal rest between sets, you will be exhausted.
Do your research online and find different types of bodyweight exercises. Create your own workouts similar to the one above… which only takes ten minutes.
