Deskercise 4 boxer exercise for hand eye coordination

When you sit for too long staring at a screen, especially in a slumped position, your upper back muscles can get weak and stiff, and so can your eye muscles!

In this exercise, which you can do either sitting or standing, I'm getting you to support your arms and move your head and eyes, to wake up the upper back and eye muscles.
