Close to the motorways & Public Transport, it’s also right opposite the Domain so that you can feel like you’re in the middle of the beautiful countryside whilst still being close to all the restaurant, cafes, shops etc that Newmarket has to offer.

For your monthly investment of $450+gst or $750+gst for 2 people, you’ll get a desk & chair with a lockable filing cabinet in a fully furnished office with heaps of natural light & a great big deck to chill out on, overlooking the domain.

All the usual included – high-speed fibre, fully equipped kitchen (filtered water & a decent coffee machine!), cleaning etc, but on top of that you’ll get all this too:
