March is the last month of the first quarter of 2023, and this is the best time to make that U-turn and get your hands into Tech. The anxiety of transitioning to Tech is understandable, but not trying is unacceptable. Never give up on your dreams and aspirations. The world is moving so fast with Tech, and you can’t afford to resist the movement; otherwise, you will be left behind. Gone are those days when Tech is a man’s world; these days, Tech is becoming feminine.

?Do you know that with the introduction of #chatgpt, many roles in Tech will be replaced with AI? However, No coding part of Tech will not be replaced in the next few decades, and you can start embracing such roles to remain relevant. l would like to refer to such roles as non-technical, especially if you don’t like coding.

There is a low representation of females in Tech and C-suite roles, so this is the time to get started and be part of the Tech team. You are always young enough to transition to Tech, all you need is the willingness to make that first move, and TechStylers is here to make that dream come true.

The next five years will be difficult if you don’t align with Tech now, and as a woman, you have better opportunities of getting into Tech. Women naturally multitask, and raising a family should not be a barrier to starting the Tech journey.

#cybersecurity is an aspect of Tech l will recommend to women considering transitioning to Tech. There are various aspects of Cybersecurity, and you don’t need coding knowledge to function in those roles. Another exciting aspect of Tech that does not require coding is #scrummaster #productowner #businessanalyst #projectmanager. These significant roles come with high salaries and will not soon be replaced by #chatgpt.
