The GST portal has now activated Form DRC-03A, enabling taxpayers to adjust or set off voluntary payments against an order of demand. This new form, introduced under Notification 12/2024, is a significant addition to the GST compliance process.

Form DRC-03A serves as a follow-up to the original DRC-03 form, ensuring a more streamlined process for offsetting liabilities recorded in the Electronic Liability Ledger. Taxpayers who have previously used Form DRC-03 are required to file DRC-03A to finalize their payment adjustments.

Go to User Services.

Select My Application.

Choose Form GST DRC-03A.
