DCC has developed some online micro-programs for industrial, graphic and interior designers seeking to expand their skills to design User Experiences using the most up-to-date UX techniques and to design systems of services and products.
We take a winter break from the 3rd week of December. Classes resume at the start of the second week of January.

5 年Sophie Tron To me, (User) Experience Design can be applied to products, services, systems, spaces etc. It is a larger view that focuses on what people experience whatever the thing is. But working on making the experience optimal is a real expertise, a real job. Every UXer should know what makes a positive experience (=> some scientific disciplines have been studying human being for many decades and gives us answers), what are the psychological & social drivers of human experience, what are the specific techniques (borrowed from Ethnography, Psychology, Design, Engineering etc.) to make engaging, inspiring, delighting things. It is not about improvisation. Human Experience is complex. It is not just about saying "sure we think about experience and users". There are real knowledges and methods to master in order to work properly in that domain. ??
