Designers affected by COVID-19— and where to find remote design jobs
Here is a great list of people affected by COVID-19 - https://www.adplist.org/
Places to find remote design jobs
My Assessment: This is a really good credible source of remote jobs because companies have to pay to post on here, which means they are serious about hiring remotely. I love how they are building a nice remote community.

My Assessment: This was forwarded on to me by a friend on my Slack channel. Ugly to look at, but some great companies on there.
My Assessment: More of a generalist job board for all things remote, and not focused on design. Worth a look, but don’t get your hopes up.
My assessment: Again, not design-focused but some decent companies on there. 166+ design jobs when I looked.
My assessment: Set up by Dan Petty, really smart platform with roles constantly coming in. Must look at this platform. Companies pay to post so all the opportunities are vetted.
My assessment: Nice design, nice layout but not the best for design jobs. As of March 2020, there are only 36 jobs on this platform for product design.
My assessment: A genuinely great job board, which gives you access to a lot of companies and the unique angle with Angel is that you can see who the founders and key people are which you can copy and paste into LinkedIn and introduce yourself.
My assessment: A huge list of remote design jobs. Worth looking at.
My assessment: This is my go-to platform every time I want to hire a motion, UI or visual focused designer. I don’t think it’s great for UX people but for visual designers especially motion this is ace. They have a lovely list of jobs at the moment but make sure to create a Dribbble page to be noticeable. Dribbble is only as good as you make it, try to interact and put up work.
My assessment: I can’t really give a fair assessment on Toptal as I don’t know them too well. All I know is they vet people who sign-up and I’ve only heard of good things. They are not a job board, more for designers to sign up to get remote work.
My assessment: Old school, but they are doing some awesome things with the community aspect and very trusted platform. You have to wade through a lot to get to remote roles but might be worth it?
My assessment: It seems like an excellent platform. What stands out for me is people are allowed to create their own profile to stand out to employers for free. There is a lot of remote jobs on there, not all design but quite a sizeable chunk.
