We live in a designed world.

Not in a religious sense … but in a 21st Century life, design is inescapably everywhere kind of way. You may not believe that design is life, like us flag waving design maniacs, but as Thomas J. Watson of IBM fame said in 1973 “Good design is good business.” Your clients know this deeply. Perhaps so deeply that it’s not something they are aware of consciously. They live in this designed world, unknowingly responding to its messages, perceiving what fits and what doesn’t.
