Design Thinking For The Success Of The Product and The Market | HALLWAY Think Lab

Everywhere we look around us, we witness the exchange of varied objects and services between human beings. The goods (we can start calling them ‘products’) and services are meant to be experienced by human beings. With the progress we have seen in the past few centuries, human needs have evolved significantly. So has the consumption. Most of the products and services are produced in order to be able to sell them in the markets in exchange for money that keeps the engine of the economy running.?

To make our products successful and establish a strong foothold in the market, the design approach should put human beings at the center of the story. When we start putting people first and develop products that cater to human needs, desires, and capabilities, we start to come up with solutions that cater to the everyday needs of the people in the given context. Such products create a great success story for themselves. The market as a whole may succeed in a geographical context if the product meets unmet and latent needs of human beings.?

The mission of design thinking is to translate observations into insights and then the insights into products and services that will improve lives.
