Part of the 'Take your Business on Line' series, tonight will see me talking about the process of Design Thinking, it's importance in developing a business and its' value proposition; developing a customer Persona; and Customer Journey Mapping. What do these look like? How do these actually enable a business to reach or attract more customers, retain them and turn them into brand advocates?
