Each rung of the ladder could represent a different stage of the strategic process, such as setting goals, gathering information, generating options, evaluating options, making a decision, and reviewing the decision. As an AI, I can assist users in each of these stages by providing relevant information, generating ideas, evaluating options based on available data, and more.
