TMA Architects is working on the final drawings for Regal View Senior Living. The site area totals more than 17 acres and includes two buildings with 120 rental apartments and a building with 50 nursing care units.

There will be a terrific array of useful and unique amenities. The amenity building will offer multi-purpose rooms, a salon, gym, library, sunroom, rooftop deck, and a full kitchen and dining area. Site amenities include mini-golf, walking trails, a park designated for yoga, a swimming pool, dog park, covered parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.

The site is located at Highway 77 at S. Central Blvd in Red Oak. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
