Madeira Startup retreat

Our lead product designer, Jo?o Casaca, had the privilege of sharing his invaluable insights and expertise on customer experience with an audience of entrepreneurs at the Madeira Startup Retreat. During the event, our expert guided the entrepreneurs in understanding their main customer segments and creating meaningful personas.?

Customer Experience Workshop at Nova

To enrich the learning journey for students, Jo?o Casaca, our Lead Product Designer, and Martina Rando, our DesignOps and ResearchOps Manager, organized a workshop about Customer Experience at Nova School of Business and Economics. The two-day session focused on the relationship between a business and its customers and challenged the students to apply different customer-centric techniques while working as a team. From mapping an existing customer journey to problem-solving and prototyping a solution, students truly experienced the customer-driven mindset.?

Our experts, Maria Claudia Gonzales Calvo , Guilherme D. , Igor Carvalho , Martina Rando , and Telmo Juli?o , brought together a transformative workshop at the Nova School of Business and Economics , where they studied the complexities of our new client's industry. During this immersion session, they worked on the client's anxieties and ambitions, aligning our views for a smooth working relationship. Their focus was on system mapping, locating digital touchpoints, and investigating how design systems may be used to generate powerful digital experiences.?


DesignOps Assembly Portugal meets Friends of Figma, Portugal?

On March 1st, Cátia Neves , a seasoned speaker from Bliss Applications, had the opportunity to grace the stage at the DesignOps Assembly Portugal meets Friends of Figma, Portugal . Our senior UX/UI Designer gave her insights and talked about her expertise and experiences. The event took place in a hybrid format and featured outstanding speakers with informal and authentic panel conversations about the differences and similarities between Product Design, DesignSystem, and DesignOps.
