Design of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures

Our company brings extensive expertise to the design of a wide range of structures utilizing precast concrete, spanning residential, administrative, and industrial buildings.

Two primary methods guide our approach to project development using precast concrete structures:

Method 1: Project Development Based on Standard Design Solutions

Many precast concrete factories provide comprehensive, standard full-cycle design documentation for building construction. When opting for standard solutions, we conduct calculations and individual foundation design. In the structural design phase, we integrate standardized building structures (wall panels, floor slabs, stairs, landings, etc.) while adapting existing utility system design documentation (MEP drawings).

Method 2: Project Development Using Individual Structures

When standard solutions fall short of meeting the client's needs, such as unique planning requirements or unconventional building heights, we recommend designing bespoke precast concrete structures. Clients present their building concepts or sketches, and our architects collaborate with designers to produce detailed erection drawings. These drawings consider the limitations of precast concrete structures, such as geometric dimensions and weight. Following structural analyses, we create production drawings for all precast concrete components.

Our deliverables include a customized set of design documentation for manufacturing, installation, and utility system implementation, all crafted in Revit and Tekla. Structural analyses leverage RFEM for accuracy.

In some cases, a hybrid approach is optimal. Clients may prefer standard solutions with minor modifications. Here, we adjust the manufacturing plant's standard design and produce drawings exclusively for the modified structures.
