The Design and Application of Yun Xue Tang, a Corporate Learning Online Solution Platform (Part I)

I have a software background and have done a lot of informatization construction in companies, including IT infrastructure planning. But since I went to Yun Xue Tang, I have been exposed to talent training and corporate universities. In the past 10 years of my work, I mainly focused on the work of talent training in multiple enterprises. I would like to make our entire software system and the entire systematic talent training into a combination. Here in this case, we have the confidence to share with you my systematic design and application of our service and challenges of the back end of the PC.

In fact, the entire market is undergoing a big change. The digital age has arrived. But under this situation, how should our company change? First, productivity is actually developed in your and my companies. How do we help our employees and improve their capabilities to adapt to the changes in accordance with corporate strategy and the adjustment of organizational structure?

At the same time, as a person who worked in the technical area, what do we really concern about? What kind of technological means and what kind of technological methods are there to enable education to truly target the group of millennial, post-90s, and even people like me who need diversification. How could we grow up some people with higher professional ability? 

Training Industry Perspective

In fact, from industry's perspective, to be honest, our incremental market is getting smaller, and our current market, including innovation to find a good economic growth point, is also difficult.

For the users and the customers I just mentioned you can actually see that they are all rising to a relatively stable state, finding some differentiated markets, and bringing some new changes, thus becoming a key player in that niche market.

At the same time our consumer groups are also changing. How to let our consumer groups create greater value for our companies? When society creates greater value, great challenges will arise. Meanwhile, our cross-industry competition is becoming much fiercer. It is obvious that the users mentioned earlier are all in cross-industry competition. Therefore, this has brought about changes in our industrial structure and the entire market. It also raised a lot of requirements for our organizations.

We are talking about changes. In fact, in the talent training line, due to organizational changes, some new requirements have been placed on our capabilities. Therefore, from this perspective, Yun Xue Tang must not only adapt to industry changes, but also help the organization to change its organizational structure and help him cultivate more talents. At the same time, we must combine the most advanced science and technology with our latest training or educational concepts and then integrate them into our talent training. Therefore, we need to accelerate the speed of our talent training, and at the same time let our technology-driven education ability help our talents succeed, because only when talents succeed, the value of our company will be the greatest, and we can have a better development.

So back to now, as experts in our training industry or in the HR field, many people have experienced a lot of change in this industry. At this time, I believe that as the managers and trainers in an enterprise, we know, the development of training is difficult to undertake the speed of corporate digital strategic transformation. This poses a great challenge to the workers we are training now, and the speed of our training is too slow.

Technology Perspective

Secondly, as many of our companies are still using traditional methods to organize and arrange training, and not all of new application technologies are used in the talent training in our Chinese companies, so our conversion rate and traning effect is quite low. I mentioned a lot of people earlier on. Now everyone is talking about digitization. Many people care about numbers, but often without the means and the support of the technology platform, learning effects are difficult to show out. 

There are more and more young people, right? The expectations of employees are getting higher and higher and the requirment of personalization is getting higher, so do our managers. I believe that many managers in our company are getting younger, so young managers may also have more requirements for our training.

So, in this case, many people may not be satisfied with our training. Therefore, Yun Xue Tang comprehensively considered the changes in the entire technology and the training business and the ecology. We are transforming from only IT information management to the service of comprehensive cloud intelligence. At the same time, the important point here is that we integrate our content technology and our services to drive enterprise development. For example, Hai Di lao as one of our benchmark customer mentioned. One important point is how to make some of our company’s training data available as a good basis for company’s decision-making.

You may have already realized that Hai Di Lao (Hotpot restraurant) is currently opening stores 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, serving us 24 hours per day. But how can such a high-intensified service company do a good job? What about the training?

In the past, their training belonged to those store managers, then distributed to staff in the store, but the company never paid attention to when employees were learning. So in this case, after the analysis of the big data, after the mutual integration with our business, only at 8:00 every morning, all employees have the most of time. So in this case, we can learn to know that it needs to reach the very front line of businesses, and at the same time, these data can help in the later stage.

Pandemic Influence 

After the pandemic, we can’t do anything. We all start live broadcasts. I believe that training must be integrated with our business internally and externally. A single system must be better integrated with the business. Our process must be agile. When our business undergoes transformation, we must let our training follow the rapid changes of our business.

There is also a professional orientation and effect visualization. If there is no precipitation of data or there is no design in these professional fields, in fact, our effect is difficult to visualize. I believe that although many of our training professionals are systematic, although there may be some traditional methods to use an Excel table to calculate our effects, to achieve efficiencies actually are very difficult for our HRs or training staffs. What we need is to implement it quickly, and it must be integrated and combined with business systems.

We also need to model our abilities, as Yun Xue Tang has made a lot of investment here, we need to do a good job of training our talents. I will talk about it in detail later, and also meeting your individual needs is very important. Our employees are becoming more and more complex, how can we make our employees more suitable for our learning, so the personality and the satisfaction must be in place. So based on this situation, we need a systematic and structured thinking to consider how we can combine traditional training with our informatization construction, using the latest technology and the latest concepts to make a comprehensive system. But not only live broadcast or just a traditional offline system to support leadership development, right?

So I have to mention one more issue, because this morning I looked at some of the hot words of China's National Congress Meeting. In fact, apart from our education, which is the highest hot word, the pandemic is also the most important word. In fact, in this case, it has brought a huge challenge to companies, especially to our training professionals, which disrupted the pace of development of our own company and had a great impact on training. Now many trainings cannot be carried out normally. Including our sharing today, as usual, it could be doing offline this way, so this time it is also because of the pandemic, we moved to the online, in fact, this is also brought to our entire training work new challenges.

Based on this situation, Yun Xue Tang has also done part of the work. On the third day after the Spring Festival, we actively made a lot of preparations, from pushing training work for our companies. After all kinds of training arrangements, organizational design, and even our customer's company management under the pandemic situation, Yun Xue Tang has also assumed some social responsibilities.

So in this case, our system has to be very powerful. Second, we have to be very keen on this kind of training and the market. Only in this way can we truly serve all of our current companies and serve corporate clients and Chinese companies.

At the same time, we have also gathered a lot of celebrity in the process to participate in our anti-pandemic work. This also proves that we have a leading position in the training industry, so more people also hope that they can have the opportunity to make more contributions to society through our channels.
