Today Desertinho Atlantic Whale observations officially published the Atlantic Whale Photo-ID and Whale observation results of 2019 on our blog!

2019 was really an amazing year for all of us together with spectacular results! We identified that year 11 different whale species, we started a Whale Photo-ID catalog for False killer whales and had we seen a sloughing common Fin whale for the first time!

Other topics that are fascinating to read is the human impact on whales that we encountered several times in 2019. Like the baleen whales their migration, cruise ships and their impact, and do we want to give extra attention to the whale watching offenses that year.
