Gütesiegel, messbare Qualit?t und gelebte Professionalit?t bei Kommunikationsagenturen? Doch, das gibt es: Seit vielen Jahren gibt es ein international anerkanntes Qualit?tszeichen für das Managementsystem von Kommunikationsberatungsunternehmen. Obwohl in der Schweiz nicht sehr bekannt, gilt es weltweit doch als "Goldstandard" für uns Kommunikations-Agenturen - gerade in Zeiten, wo die ISO an einem Standard für die "Governance of Organisations" arbeitet.

Die Rede ist vom "Consultancy Management Standard" (CMS), welcher der geprüften Agentur die Einhaltung h?chster fachlicher, wirtschaftlicher und ethischer Grundlagen bescheinigt. Der Standard wird vom weltweiten Agenturfachverband ICCO geführt und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. In der Schweiz k?nnen sich Mitglieder von Leading Swiss Agencies (LSA) CMS-zertifizieren lassen.

Meine Agentur furrerhugi. ist seit 2011 CMS-zertifiziert. Wir unterziehen alle drei Jahre (früher alle zwei Jahre) unsere fachlichen, wirtschaftlichen und ethischen Standards der anerkannten Qualit?tskontrolle unseres weltweiten Dachverbandes - diesen September bereits zum fünften Mal.

Seal of approval, measurable quality, and lived professionalism at communications agencies? Yes, there is: For many years, there has been an internationally recognized quality mark for the management system of communications consultancies. Although it is not very well known in Switzerland, it is regarded worldwide as the "gold standard" for us communications agencies - especially in times when ISO is working on a standard for the "Governance of Organizations."

We are talking about the "Consultancy Management Standard" (CMS), which certifies that the audited agency complies with the highest professional, economic, and ethical principles. The standard is managed and continuously developed by the global agency trade association ICCO. In Switzerland, members of Leading Swiss Agencies (LSA) can be CMS-certified.

My agency, furrerhugi. has been CMS-certified since 2011. Every three years (previously every two years), we subject our professional, economic, and ethical standards to the recognized quality control of our global umbrella organization - this September for the fifth time.
