CEAT Kelani Holdings (PVT) Ltd. (CKHL) is a leading tyre company in Sri Lankan with dominant market share in all product categories and businesses.

CKHL is a Joint Venture between Kelani Tyres Limited (a listed company on the Colombo stock exchange) and CEAT Limited of India (a listed company in India with a significant market share and exporter of tyres to more than 90 countries) We are in the lookout for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our Procurement Team!

DEPUTY MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE PROCUREMENT (KELANIYA)

?Key Responsibilities

• Record, receive and verify Capex/Opex/ Service Purchase Requisitions from User Departments
• Select and evaluate suitable suppliers and float inquiries for smooth procurement operation.
• Compare bids on landed cost basis and select most suitable supplier.
• He or she will be responsible for vendor negotiations.
• Prepare Purchase Evaluation Forms
• Prepare Purchase Order in SAP and get Capex/Opex/ Service PO released as per the Release Strategy in SAP
• Monitor delivery of material and services as per the PO and interact with Finance for payment to suppliers as per PO terms.
• Maintain continuous contact with suppliers and related internal departments for timeliness of deliveries.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluation periodically.
• Prepare regular MIS for all activities.

Essential Requirements

• ?A graduate or professionally qualified
• Must possess at least 5 years relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Competency of MM Module in SAP/Advance excel.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/ MS Outlook
• Excellent communication (English is must) and Interpersonal skills.
• Age below 45 are encouraged to apply.
