?What is depression?
A group of mental condition that leads to lowering our moods which results in lack of interest on activities and also causing significant impairment in daily life.
? Why we get depressed ?
We enter depressed state due to combination of Biological, Psychological, and Social events. Main cause is we normally expect things go always right at our end which ideally leads to distress and unhappy when things go wrong in reality. Setting unrealistic expectation is becoming one of the parameter that is seeding the roots for depression.
? How to get rid of this situation?
? We need to first understand what depression is. Now, what is a “low”? What is it that keeps you low and remember everything in life happens within you??
? Depression is the state of hurting inner being which is our soul. how much ever we get hurt externally we can always recover but it is too hard to recover into normal state if we are badly hurt internally .
? First and foremost thing is to stop expecting things unrealistically and also stop comparing yourself with others. Just remember one thing that everyone is unique and carry their own talent and behavior.
? If you judge a fish to climb a tree and a lion to live in water its mere foolishness since they are king of their own kingdom . Similarly every individual is the master of their own skill sets and talent. Only the right situation or opportunity will extract those hidden talents and fears as applicable.

? Never treat yourself low in any situation , Because no external factor can motivate you to stay happy when things go wrong it is always you and your thoughts which will keep you going and turn into the direction of either heaven or hell . Now what do you think about heaven which is never the way it is imagined or dramatized in a cinematic way, its always seen when you are self motivated and staying positive under any circumstances. So practice to stay positive even under bad phases .
? Never think money is the ultimate, just keep yourself socializing and build human relations which will be the savior when you become prey for depression. In life, we should count our well wishers not the money we earn, Good friends, family members are the pillars for our success in life and just always feel privileged to speak out your problems and share the concerns without any hesitation . Every problem will definitely have a solution, sharing them is the first step to explore the best fit solutions and it can happen only when you keep yourself under the radar of good networking. Loneliness is the main platform for depression and it leads to suicide as a final step which we have seen in recent times. Avoid being lonely anytime.
??Practice Yoga and Meditation?: Spiritual journey is always the recommended option in our day to day life which makes us strong both internally and externally. Once we start traveling in spiritual boat our soul and body will speak each other well. So keep yourself calm and just focus on your goal or aim in life , plan the things in a realistic way and be prepared , avoid assumptions always which will set false expectations and lead to depression
?Understand your purpose of living and fulfill it with 100% existence of will power and resistance of evil or bad things in life. Keep doing good things no matter you get results or rewards immediately , a day will shine your way for sure and its all matter of time which decided everything in life. Self motivation is the ultimate weapon to lead the unexpected life and set the things go on with your positivity and self-confidence.
