Deploying Machine Learning Models in Production

I have finished the last (4th) course of the Deep Learning AI specialization "Machine Learning Operations" (or "Machine Learning Engineering for Production"). There is a certificate for the specialization and there is a certificate for the course.

The course is quite advanced and covers a number of important topics in the area of serving machine learning models, specifically:

1. Model serving patterns and infrastructure. Batch and online serving.
2. Model management and delivery and ML methodology.
3. Model monitoring and logging and topics of model decay and regulations, such as GDPR.

Especially interesting and important I find the topic of experiments tracking and tooling for it. For example, Machine Learning Metadata.

I would recommend the course since it provides coverage for the topics that are not covered in the other courses of this specialization.

And I would recommend this specialization too, though it definitely takes time and effort to complete. In my case, it took me more than half a year to complete it.
