I recently completed a Kubernetes deployment where I configured an Apache web server (httpd) within a custom namespace for the application. This involved:
1. Setting up the namespace
2. Creating a NodePort service to expose the web server externally on port 30004
3. Deploying httpd:latest with 4 replicas for high availability
It was a great hands-on experience integrating Kubernetes with a traditional web server, ensuring smooth external access while leveraging Kubernetes’ power for scalability.
