As the new year is upon us, it is time for me to make a wish: finally, put the exhausting discussion between waterfall and agile project management to rest.

The story below becomes illustrates how this battle can be won.

Tom and Harry had been SAP consultants for decades, working on projects worldwide. They had seen much success in their careers but often disagreed about which project management process would best suit implementing an SAP system.
