There are so many ways to portray the gender wage gap.
Some use research, others bring a celebrity to talk about the subject. At @Supersonas we've tried to be proactive about it and even screamed it out loud at times.
However, I loved this approach by Paul's bakery chain so much that I had to write my first post on LinkedIn about it.
