Milestone (MTP) have been pivotal in securing an extended planning permission for a residential rooftop extension proposal on Deptford High Street. In order to satisfy Lewisham Council's requirements MTP were tasked with preparing a full Construction Management Plan as details to discharge a Planning Condition; Within a challenging four-week time-frame MTP managed a contractor / logistics specialist in developing the construction phasing methodology before preparing the full CMP report and liaising with Council officers to secure the approval. The developer's planning consultant noted: 

"Thank you for turning around all your information quickly enough for us to achieve what we did [in allowing Lewisham to discharge the Planning Condition]. The speed of your work and quality of it enabled them to do so."
