Let's take a look at current showing trends in the Denver metro area real estate market!
This graph shows us what type of showing activity we're seeing per active listing here at Your Castle Real Estate. A few trends I'll point out:
- The spring real estate market tends to be the most active in terms of showings. April 2018 saw a little dip in activity compared to the last 3 years. I don't have the graph here, but based on recent numbers provided, May and June 2018 are on par with previous years.
- You'll notice the summer market tends to be a little "slower" per active listing than the spring. This can be attributed to several factors, but I believe an increase in home inventory in the Denver metro area during this time of year plays a large role.
- Overall, showings on listings is trending similar to recent years. This indicates that we should continue to see a "normal" (for Denver) and stable real estate market this year.
