The Denton-Berkhamsted

LAH have just completed our first of five project with Elysian Residences , we worked in partnership with HG Construction and L20 Doorsets Ltd. to play our part in Elysian Residences new ￡39m retirement village scheme in Berkhamsted.

The purpose-built luxury retirement village will provide 103 apartments and hotel-style facilities including a double-height lobby, restaurant, bar, library, function room, gym and treatment rooms, with 24-hour care if needed. ?The project comprises a traditional brick fa?ade and concrete frame structure and will incorporate sustainable construction elements including prefabricated bathroom pods and utility cupboards, and bolt-on balconies.

LAH worked with L20 Doorsets and HG to produce the ironmongery range that matches the feel and design of this project , in the end we all agreed that antique brass was the best feel , we offered Elysian a bespoke designed lever handle with matching bathroom turn and release and pull handles with matching accessories.
