This is Denmark where its Prince Hamlet reflected:"To be or not to be ?"

Denmark, a country small in size is a country of great wisdom. Most likely it always was. That wisdom no doubt inspired Shakespeare to give give us "Hamlet" , a diamond of world literature with its immortal opening "To be or not to be? " This opening contains the essence of eternal wisdom about Life, and Death which --whether we want it or not--is its part. This wisdom (by now, no doubt firmly instilled in the Danish people DNA) is responsible for the fact that at the time of the current global "covid horrors" with its lockdowns, quaranteenes, and "vaccination passports" attempting to "divide & impera" --Denmark remains calm and cool, proud and friendly, promoting closeness of its people. It remains the country where one can breathe freely and be oneself fearing nothing, questioning nothing, protesting nothing because there nothing there to question or fear.

Denmark is the country of the happiest people in the world as most surveys have proven and keep proving . Something I can attest to, having spent there one extraordinarily wonderful year of my youth: ca 4 months in each of the three cities: Herning, Arhus and Copenhagen. It couldn't have happened without inspiration and help of my close friends , Danes Hans Jorgen and Elly Henriksen. I met them and their two small children Torben and Susanne in my native Poland two years earlier.

We met at a chemical factory Z.A. "Pulawy", in Pulawy, a beautiful Polish City. The factory was then expanding, adding the ammonia plant. Hans Jorgen, a chemical engineer came with a group of international foreign experts (mostly Britts and Scandinavians) to help Poles build the plant. I worked as a Polish--English technical interpreter. Our friendship was instant, real, warm , cherished and kept pretty close for years. That changed when I moved to America due to too many reasons to get into it here....

What matters now is my need to find my friends who live in Copenhagen. I have lost their address and phone number so I cannot do it myself. I continue to hope Dear Danish Friends that you will help me. I will be waiting.
