1) What inspired the creation of Flows, and how has it disrupted the traditional approaches to workflow automation and integration?

Flows was inspired by a vision to democratize the digital building process and to make development more universally accessible. We recognized the restrictions on operators and suppliers alike, from financial constraints, people resources and technical debts which held back their ability to innovate. So, with this in mind we built Flows and have most recently delivered our unique voice-activated software development tool, Flo which has transformed traditional approaches by removing the barriers of coding, allowing more people to participate in the digital evolution.

2) How does Flows enable businesses to harness the power of automation and integration without the need for developers to write code?

Flows works by securely integrating any data source allowing customers to easily build features and applications without code. Our Flows interface then presents this data in an easily usable manner which gives the customer the building blocks to create anything.? We have then coupled this ability with an app store where we have hundreds of pre integrated 3rd parties for partners to quite literally just “turn on” (once they get a commercial agreement with that 3rd party if required) and then use within their Flows (this can be to compliment or add to a Flow or it could be to extend that 3rd parties functionality).

We built Flows to be able to cope with large volumes, hundreds of millions of triggers/event activations per day to allow our customers to build without constraint and deliver high volume Flows like Jackpots or in play missions through to lower activation Flows like alerts for a variety of system failures.

We’ve got hundreds and hundreds of enabled Flows across our customers with so many use cases from suppliers building bonus engines with us to operators creating jackpots and smart missions as well as bonus abuse Flows and Flows that super charge functionality of other 3rd parties. You can even have parts of your Flow that outputs to databases if required or checks a regulations PEP list and then automates an action, but again, the key is that all of this is done within the Flow and not within your code base.
