Democratic Party (DP)'s Chairman "GENERAL" Norbert Mao Absolute Nation Wide Decision Taken by Uganda.

Do you AGREE or DISAGREE?

I personally Agree with the decision Made. The question is why do I agree. There are 5/five Main Pillars of points why I choose a decision taken to forecast the nature of political environment Uganda is impoverished in.

1.Uganda needs a Unitary Government with a sense of pro-active political parties participation to spear head the nation wide development initiatives and agendas to better thrive of service delivery ; Power sharing between the incumbent government of Uganda; National Resistance Movement(NRM) and other opposing Party system to have stake in the country's issues are very strong decisions leaders from other political parties should address.

This gives Uganda a space of political Maturity, fight of Nepotism, Corruption, and any other injustices witnessed in Uganda today. Opposition in a Unitary government in countries like Kenya have always been at the level of competent state driving forces and far as I am concerned Ugandan other Strong political Leaders have to reach the level of that Democratic maturity to disseminate our country without having other indicators of war and impunities which our history of doubtful moment ought to happen.

2. The issue Musevenism and Museveni; I am pretty sure General Chairman Mao has addressed the issue of Musevenism, and Museveni, it's called the Wisdom of Error (Type One Error 1) soon the coming up political youths will surely learn a new era of healthy politics not defiance of day today violence with a leader carrying a gun and all personal state resources covered, and state arms of institutions; such a leader is hard to be flexed, and dictatorial in nature. Signing this MOU of cooperation is a future wave that will go into history that some times to deal with a gun man, you have to use wisdom to protect the future of Uganda.

The deep state of National Resistance Movement (27 Guns guerilla Comrades/Bushmen sons, in-laws and relatives or State Mafias) apparently have been at shake since this initiative has been introduced between MAO & Gen. Y.T.K. Museveni because they have always been the only beneficiaries and seems our ''God father'' as addressed by them, is looking to work with every one to secure the future of this country just as his theme went during the electoral campaigns of the 2021 electoral Poll.

The gesture of appointing Ministers, Technocrats in government, and public corporations Heads of department across all regions equally without discrimination are signs that have left the deep state wondering. But all in all the president has already fore out spotted his own that have disappointed him always and his looking forward to step down so that power can be taken back to the civilian technocrats which will rocket the development of this country. The deep state doesn't want that, because they believe in Militarism coup d'états; over throwing and Anarchy.

3. Multi-party systems have lost the value of competence, and the principle of pragmatism; the emerging of new undefined political parties agendas; National Unity platform(NUP), Alliance for National Transformation (ANT), Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) have left Political demagogue in the political environment of Uganda. Country men & women senior Citizens have been left with no choice to decide at their own fate but to make NRM (Museveni) the only mass incentive party with hard outs; The inequality and quality of how the elected Parliamentary Members execute their legislative duties makes every Ugandan to doubt the nature of our National Developmental Policies (NDP)framework.

The kind of extravagancy they show, and boost gives no reason for them to consider MAO a Mole rather than considering themselves how to compete for the next elections hence leaving the space to the government technocrats to over shadow their fundamental roles of checks & balances to the state in control.

4. The all time Buganda Democratic Party senior Cadres' lack of confidence to be managed and supervised by General Mao led to the trust issue problem in DP; Some like Hon. Betty Nambozze, Hon. Medard Ssegona, Hon. Mathias Mpunga, Hon. Allan Ssewanyana, Mayor Erias Lukwago left to gain shade in other mushroom growing pressure groups that later have always swallowed them into having new political party winning teams especially during a new political wave. DP has always broken into Pies; DP Buganda, Subbi, People Power, DP Block, UYD,DP Acholi and many others, rotational discomfort is in DP and it will never survive other Parties style of Vultures. The level of Spy network couldn't let Mao be at peace always and political bickering.

This has been a sign of political leverage and hypocrisy among these DP leaders and fellow Ugandan realized that these are business men not looking for their own means to fill their stomachs not how this country can get to rocket growth hence they are also determined to pursue their verge political career never to fade but to maintain their personal interests of status quo which is no different from Museveni. They have never believed in the DP principles, and will never be in one Party and they are called Politicians of daily bread and Wave. They actual have proven to us that for them they are the only leaders to represent interests of their people for the last eighteen years but never at the Ugandan development agenda.

This has failed DP Operations to compete with other Political parties of the same Caliber because other parties like NRM, FDC, NUP, ANT, TDA actual have fished potential Leaders from the fraternity of DP. Hence Mao depicts this at a later state then he decides to do mature Politics with the guard of honor. " The Sixth Sense"

5. Age is a factor and time no bound; The essence that Chairman Mao is actually in his last even years, he shares a lot with the incumbent president; Mindset, history, and also the view of what comes after our regime. This is inevitable by most people of influence especially when it arrives at making solid decision. Chairman Mao had all probabilities not to refuse the Ministerial appointment because retirement is a period of trial, one has to prepare for it.

In this, I think Ugandans should start knowing behavior of; desperate traits, Politicking games played and also to understand that every generation has it's own history. One should blame a leaders' decision before reading and researching what people think or expected to do. It was no time bound, I expected such a great move and have respected it.
