4 年The overarching tenant of my course called Integrated Health Systems is the guiding light of the Triple Aim + 1, at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health EMPH program Each specific session focused on bringing value and reducing cost while increasing service and best outcomes with a population health focus I appreciate your consistent focus on the subject
Accomplished - Connected - Balanced
4 年"This is the result of institutions obsessed by the delivery of medical care as an economic commodity at the expense of the health of the people of our country." It is the further artifact of health delivery becoming a market based business at a time of "dog eat dog" domination and profit maximization across all large businesses. It is the combination of a change in the nature of business and the businessification of health delivery that has led to your accurate quote. I fear that only a major systemic change will stand any chance of changing the current trajectory.
