There is a new trend in town and it's here to stay. What is it? It's name is on demand training.
On demand training is an informal learning strategy that enables employees to learn in a way that's optimized for them - at a time, pace and place of their choosing. On demand training is:

- Allows a great deal of learning
- Optimized at a personal level to organize your time and control your rhythm of learning
