Demand vs Capacity - what air transport Decision Makers should wisely reflect on !

Going Back to Basics, air transport Decision Makers should reflect upon a few golden rules, prior to jumping into “imported” miracles:

Suppress demand (CTOT) does not increase capacity
Squeeze flexibility (TOBT/TSAT) does not increase capacity
Efficient Management is what increases capacity !

First things First !!!

Suppress Demand and Squeeze Flexibility, hoping to force demand to fit unoptimized capacity, means to accept operating an UNDERINVESTED physical infrastructure ! ?
