Tap into the quantum field and heal your body using the power of your mind – consciousness.
A reflection on my hospital experience.?
As I look back on the past days, during which I've been in and out of the hospital, and even spent sleepless nights there taking care of my sick mom, I can't help but contemplate the limitless power of the human mind – consciousness.?
I grew up with a strong aversion to hospitals and medicines. My parents and siblings were well aware of my fear of medicines. While I can't pinpoint the exact reason for this fear, it has always been one of my biggest fears. Reflecting on my past, I realise that this fear led me to convince myself that I could harness the power of my mind for healing, in order to avoid relying on medications.
I'm not prone to frequent illness, but when I do fall ill, I tend to avoid hospitals. The most recent instance of being seriously unwell was back in February 2020. This sickness felt distinct. I distinctly remember experiencing an unfamiliar and intense pain in my bones. Given the severity, I chose to visit the hospital. It was the first instance in my life when I had to go to the hospital alone.
I vividly recall the day I arrived at the hospital and collapsed after just a few minutes. Upon regaining consciousness, I found myself hooked up to an IV fluid line, with a woman beside me asking if I had come with someone. She was kind enough to stay by my side until my mum arrived at the hospital.
On that same day, the doctor gave me 2 IV fluids, and after the second one, I made a full recovery. I was discharged that night and was instructed to take antibiotics in the following days until I had completed them. However, I chose not to take the antibiotics, as I believed that the IV fluid had completely healed me on that very same day…
Reflecting on my time in the hospital while caring for my sick mum.
Over the past few days in the hospital, I found myself pondering out of curiosity, 'What inspires individuals to pursue a career in medicine?' As I watched the doctors diligently carry out their duties, I couldn't help but contemplate. The atmosphere within the hospital seemed to carry a subdued energy. Witnessing the patients in pain was indeed overwhelming. Observing both the doctors and the suffering patients was a lot to take in. Nonetheless, I hold deep appreciation for the doctors who dedicate themselves to saving lives.
I was awake and restless during the first two nights I spent with my mum in the hospital. I saw things I never wished to see. It made me reflect that this was not how?I had envisioned spending time with her. At that very moment, I came to realise that I had become overly absorbed in my own world and hadn't been visiting my mom frequently. Despite conversing with her over the phone, I had been physically absent. And it was during that moment, I made some big decisions in my life.
Throughout my time in the hospital, my mum would reassure me, 'I'm alright,' even though she didn’t appear to be well. However, she was convincing her mind that she was fine, and that's precisely what I wanted to hear. She underwent two surgeries, and before the procedures, I conducted my research on the proper surgical approach. To my surprise, I discovered that the surgery performed on my mum wasn’t the standard procedure I had researched. It appeared to be a riskier alternative, which raised questions for me: Did the surgeons fully understand the procedure they were performing? Could it be that they knew what they were doing, but lacked the necessary equipment to follow the standard protocol? Or perhaps there were other reasons for the approach they chose? Adding to the intrigue, my mum was able to overhear conversations among the surgeons and doctors.
My mum shared with me the story of what transpired in the operating theatre. She was conscious of her surroundings, and I can only empathize and imagine what it must have been like for her.
I prefer not to rely on medications, as there have been instances where doctors prescribed incorrect medications based on other people's experiences. At one point, this happened to my mum, resulting in a worsening of her condition.
Moreover, according to one of the doctors, some of the paperwork that was prepared for my mum went missing. I was frustrated - how could such a thing happen? I was keeping up to date with the information provided by various doctors and conducting my own research to fully understand my mum’s diagnosis and the necessary steps to take. However, I couldn’t do further research because a crucial piece of paperwork had gone missing. It was so intense, yet the experience remained undeniably intriguing…My mum proved to be incredibly strong, despite all the challenges and everything she has been through and I'm truly grateful for that.?
How can the power of the mind be harnessed to facilitate healing our physical body??
I've been listening to Dr. Joe Dispenza's podcasts since the day I took my mum to the hospital. He is one of my favorite authors and neuroscientists. His work is genuinely remarkable and has had a profound impact on my mental well-being.
As a neuroscientist, Dr. Dispenza bridges his work with quantum physics, a subject I'm deeply interested in, as it delves into the exploration of consciousness and the universe. I'm always driven by curiosity to uncover what lies beyond this three-dimensional reality.
Dr. Dispenza emphasizes that we possess the inherent power within us to heal our own diseases. He delves into this concept in one of his books titled, “You Are The Placebo”. I’d like to cite a statement from the book that reads:

“In the classic placebo effect, our beliefs lies in something outside of us. We give our power away to the material world, where our senses define reality. But can the placebo work by creating from the immaterial world of thought and making that unknown possibility a new reality? That would be a more prudent use of the quantum model. ?So instead of investing our belief in the known, we can place our belief in the unknown and make the unknown known.”
The idea of verifiable healing exists as an unknown potential reality in the quantum field, until it is observed and realised, and has materialised. It lives as a possibility in an infinite field of information defined as non-physical but all material possibilities combined. So the potential future of experiencing a spontaneous remission from a disease exists as an unknown located beyond space and time until it’s personally experienced and made known in this space and time. Once the unknown beyond the senses becomes a known experience with your senses, you’re on the path of evolution.
In the quantum field, we must believe and feel it in order to truly experience it. In our three-dimensional reality, we usually wait for the experience to occur, and the experience then generates the feeling that erases the sense of lack or emptiness of not having it. This method works well for navigating in a three-dimensional reality.
However, when we truly create beyond the boundaries of space and time, when we create from the quantum field rather than for the material world, it completely changes the dynamics. It's a different game altogether, a whole new level that opens up an entirely different realm for exploration, it's like stepping down into a whole other rabbit hole.
The interesting aspect of the quantum field is that if you lack awareness of its existence, it essentially remains non-existent in your reality. If your entire focus is on the material world, the quantum field remains beyond your perception. It exists but you are disconnected from it due to your lack of awareness. However, once you become aware of it, it starts to exist for you. The quantum field is the invisible realm of energy that is the full spectrum of all frequencies. As we approach higher frequencies, we unlock elevated levels of experience that extend beyond the confines of our three-dimensional reality.
The quantum field is pure consciousness. Going one step further, other people’s consciousness can affect your body too. We see that in prayer. Prayer is an expression of consciousness. It is a type of energy. This leads us to a corollary thought that spiritual energy and consciousness are one and the same. When you project your consciousness to others, you are actually sending them energy on a subatomic level.
Consciousness represents a great paradox and really stretches the mind because you cannot express or describe it in any physical form. There are no words to describe consciousness. However, one thing that I have come to understand is that all that exists throughout creation is the same energy - consciousness in different states of being. The difference between everything is their level of consciousness (evolution, understanding, awareness), and the speed the energy is vibrating – its frequency, the faster and higher the vibration, the higher the evolution. One example of how a single substance can be many things is water, clouds, and ice. These look, feel and react very differently, but they are all the same substance in different states of being. So it is with the energy-consciousness we call the Creation or God has infinite levels of evolution and wavelengths. This is another chapter to talk about...
Dr. Dispenza has demonstrated in his work that we possess the ability to heal ourselves with the power of our minds, regardless of the types of illnesses we have. Whether you have cancer or any other serious illness, it is possible to facilitate the complete healing of your body through the power of your mind. Dr. Dispenza even shared a remarkable account of a stage 4 cancer patient who achieved complete healing through the power of the mind. This higher order of intelligence resides within each of us, whether we call it God, divine, higher power, spiritual, or the universe.
I have experienced this phenomenon. Last year, around August, I fell ill. Instead of seeking medical attention, I contemplated the knowledge I had gained from Dr. Dispenza's books and resources about healing the body with the mind. I decided to put that wisdom into practice. To my amazement, it actually worked. And it was the first time I did it consciously. This experience led me to realise that we all possess the innate ability to heal our bodies with the power of our minds.
All we need to do is take that leap into the quantum field, placing trust in the unknown and transforming it into the known. This is where the magic begins.
I would highly recommend everyone to read Dr. Dispenza's book, "You Are The Placebo," and listen to his podcasts and meditation techniques for healing the body. If you know someone who is dealing with an illness, whether a friend, relative, or family member, I encourage you to share Dr. Dispenza's books and podcasts with them. You never know how this piece of information you share might have the power to profoundly impact and transform their lives.
With that, one of my favourite quotes is, “ If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." --?Nikola Tesla
Speaking the language of energy, frequency, and vibration helps me to connect with others who share similar perspectives and deepen my understanding of the world around me and the interconnectedness of all things. Whether I am interested in science, spirituality or both, the language of energy, frequency and vibration can be a powerful tool for exploring the mysteries of the universe.
