Delta Group SIU Vice President Dominic Dugo and Sr. Vice President Frank Sztuk were honored to present two extremely important anti-fraud programs to the NJ Attorney General’s Office – Office of Insurance Fraud Prosecutor on June 2, 2022.?

Several local county prosecutor’s offices were also in attendance.?This was part of the OIFP annual In-Service Training Program and included Prosecutors and Investigators from those agencies, which are the criminal investigation units fighting fraud in NJ.?

Dominic delivered a CLE program on Workers’ Compensation Premium Evasion and the Underground Economy.?Frank presented a program entitled Interviewing for Investigation.?Public/Private partnerships are essential in the fight against insurance fraud and these presentations, part of their annual training, were extremely well received and provided much needed information on fighting fraud.?
