Delta Dental Community Care Foundation Awards TVHC With Generous $400,000 Grant to Support Access to Dental Care

We are honored to announce that TVHC?was awarded $400,000 from the Delta Dental?Community?Care Foundation?for our work "in providing quality, affordable oral healthcare."

"We are honored to receive this generous grant from Delta Dental, which will help us expand our dental services and increase access to care, allowing us to meet the needs of our patients and community members," said TVHC Chief Integration Officer, Dr. Sridevi Ponnala.

?The Delta Dental?Community?Care Foundation has given?TVHC?a total of $575,000 in funding for our Mission Clinic remodel project.?Our work would be impossible without their support and others who have donated to this project.

?The capital project will renovate the entire second floor of the Mission Clinic by?adding 10 additional medical and specialty care exam rooms?to increase access and integration between pediatrics, dental, specialty care, and Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) services for?TVHC?patients.?

?The remodel will also expand our dental operatories by?adding four additional dental operatories?and remodeling the current dental sterilization area and laboratory.??

The remodel will also include:

• A new employee break room
• Lactation room
• Waiting and reception area
• Additional bathrooms
• Office/consultation rooms

?By renovating our Mission Clinic, we will be able to expand our services and help more?community?members in need.
