Our Financial Advisory team in C?te d'Ivoire advised (financial due diligence) Joliba Capital in the context of a minority investment in Institut Universitaire de la C?te (IUC).
Founded in 2002 by Mr. Paul GUIMEZAP, Institut Supérieur des Technologies et du Design Industriel (ISTDI), which became Institut Universitaire de la C?te in 2011, is a private higher education institution (IPES) located in Douala. It offers a broad portfolio of diplomas in 7 schools (ISTDI, ICIA, 3IAC, 2ISTI, SEAS, ISSA, ESTA).
?Joliba Capital is a private equity company founded by two African investment professionals, Yann Pambou and Hamada Touré , in partnership with LBO France, to target investment opportunities in the French-speaking countries of the WAEMU and CEMAC regions, in order to develop small and mid-cap regional champions in search of growth capital and operational expertise.
